    Multi-select of individual filters

    The feature allows you to select multiple values for a single filters and then applying the filters chosen.

    Export of Event/Meeting participants in PDF and CSV

    For a full list of Event/Meeting participants in PDF use the purple people icon on Event page.

    For a more specific list of participants, open attending Participants list, select the participants you want  to download and click on button CSV or PDF that appear on top of the list for download. Sorting and filtering can be used. With "Select all" you can download the full list of Event participants in CSV.

    Enhanced Add to Calendar information

    We have added some additional information, like the link to the event, room, organizer and contact information.

     

    Filter by Country for documents

    You can not filter a list of documents by country (based on the document title containing the country name).

     

    Personalise the Recent Active Communities tile

    The tile now has 2 possible configurations:

      • Show the latest communities with recent activity - this is the default ( max 4)

      • Show the communities that you specify (max 4)

    Change the name any tile on your home page

    For clarity and better readability, especially on mobile devices, it is now possible to change the names of homepage tiles on My Preferences page.

    Intelligent error pages

         We have improved error pages to give reasons for not found documents, offer document in other language and propose instructions where applicable.

     

    Link to go to dotStat (O.N.E Data)

    This link has been added in the "Other Links" tile and allows you to go to the application and be automatically logged in.

    Enhanced document page

    We have included the associated committee in Information section on document page.

    Quick access to tutorials from O.N.E menu

    To make it faster to find the tutorials of O.N.E, we replaced the FAQ in O.N.E menu with link to tutorials.

    Advanced Search Builder

    To improve  to build a more complex search we have created the Advanced Search Builder.  Easy to use to include or exclude fields, to search for exact match or that contains the search word.
