    Martine Durand was appointed Director of Statistics and Chief Statistician of the OECD, in 2010. Martine is responsible for providing strategic orientation for the Organisation's statistical policy and oversees all of OECD's statistical activities. She was formerly Deputy-Director of Employment, Labour and Social Affairs where she was responsible for OECD's work on employment and training policies, social policies, health policies and international migration published in OECD flagship reports such as the OECD International Migration Outlook, the OECD Employment Outlook, Pensions at a Glance and Health at a Glance.

    Dr Rufus Pollock is an entrepreneur, researcher and technologist working to make a digital information economy that works for everyone. Founder and President of Open Knowledge, a leading international non-profit that empowers people and organizations with access to information and the tools and skills to use it to make a difference to what they care about. He is an Ashoka Fellow, a Fellow of the RSA, a recipient of a three year $1m Shuttleworth Foundation Fellowship as well as the Mead Fellowship in Economics at Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge. He has advised national governments, IGOs, companies and NGOs on how to succeed in the digital world. He holds a double first in Mathematics and a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

    Eric Anvar is Head of Smart Data Practices and Solutions, a new division within the Statistics and Data Directorate at OECD, having previously work at the City of Paris as the Chief Technology Officer.

    Thanh-Long Huynh is the CEO of QuantCube Technology, a leading start-up specialised in Big Data Analytics to predict macro trends and financial forecasts such as real-time economic growth, inflation index but also political elections. QuantCube Technology has been well known for its ability to predict in-a-row the Brexit, the Trump election one week and the French elections. QuantCube Technology has built up one of the largest data warehouse, Earth Observation satellite data, shipping data and social networks in different languages including English, French, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese.

    Rajiv Ranjan is a Technical Programme Advisor at the Partnership in Statistics for Development in the 21st Century (PARIS21),  that promotes the better use and production of statistics throughout the developing world. Before joining PARIS21, Rajiv was an Advisor with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and was seconded to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda where he significantly improved distribution, uptake and use of data for evidence-based planning and decision making. Rajiv’s has extensive experience in the planning and implementing ICT for Development and e-Government projects as well as supporting the development of organisation-wide Knowledge Management systems.

    Jonathan Challener is the Community Manager for the Statistical Information System Collaboration Community, having managed the Community since its inception in 2010. Jonathan previously had a combined role as Product Manager for .Stat and other statistical tools and applications for the OECD.
